MyApprovedPhoto vs. Visafoto, PhotoAiD & Passport-Photo.Online

We checked these tools' own public pages directly rather than guessing. Here's what's actually true, including the one place a competitor does something better than we do.

Refund policyNo refunds — the file is generated and delivered instantlyPassport-Photo.Online advertises a "100% acceptance guarantee" with double-money-back if rejected — a stronger guarantee than ours, worth knowing about if that matters to you

The honest trade-off

Being processed entirely on your device (no server upload) is the reason we don't offer a "we'll fix it if it's rejected" guarantee the way some competitors do — there's no copy of your photo sitting on our servers to go back and re-check. If a money-back-if-rejected guarantee matters more to you than where your photo is processed, that's a genuinely fair reason to pick a different tool.

Why "price after upload" is worth noticing

Several major tools in this space don't show a price until after you've uploaded your photo and gone through their editor — at that point, most people are already invested enough to pay whatever the number turns out to be. We'd rather you know the price is $14.99, one time, before you even pick your document.

See the price first, then decide

$14.99, one time, no subscription, nothing uploaded to a server.
