MyApprovedPhoto (myphotoapproved.com) is operated as a single-purpose tool for generating passport, visa and ID photos that meet published government size and framing requirements. By using this site you agree to the terms below.

1. What we sell

A one-time digital download (HD photo file, sized to the document you selected) for $14.99 per document. There is no subscription — each purchase unlocks one document type.

2. No guarantee of acceptance

We check your photo against the sizing and framing rules published by the relevant authority to the best of our knowledge at the time of your purchase. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the decisions of any government agency, embassy, consulate, or online submission portal. Requirements can change without notice, and some rules (facial expression, image authenticity, recency of the photo) cannot be verified by software. You are responsible for confirming your photo against the official source linked on each document page before submitting it.

3. Refund policy — all sales final

Because the file is generated and delivered to you immediately upon payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If the checkout genuinely fails to deliver a working file, contact us and we will make it right.

EU/EEA/UK customers: digital content is supplied instantly at your request. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) for this purchase, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.

4. How your photo is processed

Photo processing (face detection, background replacement, cropping) runs entirely in your browser, on your device. Your original photo is never uploaded to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy govern the payment step of checkout.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use this tool only to generate photos of yourself (or someone you have authority to act for, e.g. your minor child) for legitimate identity-document purposes, and not to attempt to circumvent payment, resell access, or misuse the service.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyApprovedPhoto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including rejected applications, missed appointments, or visa/travel costs arising from use of a photo generated by this tool.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
